IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Develop training strategies and ensure that the outcome is in line with the clients wide training working group
-Ensure that the developed strategies are coordinated within the project team and that the project requirements are reflected within group wide training concept
-Develop training packages related to the clients business processes in an appealing and target oriented way
-Reviewing the centrally established training content and ensuring that training content matches with system configuration
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Experience as a trainer for processes and systems related to project, finance, and resource management
-Experience in project management, finance, and resource management
-Experience in software implementation, ideally gathered as business expert, key user or functional expert as demonstrated in previous projects
-Very good knowledge in the usage of MS PowerPoint
