Trainer,London 206 Daily

Trainer required to carry out training needs analyses, defining the skill sets needed to perform different roles; Carrying out performance assessments to determine the skills gaps between current and desirable learner skill levels; Designing training programmes appropriate to the skills needed, to include formal and informal development activities as appropriate; Designing course materials and other documents such as hand-outs, manuals and exercises; Liaising where appropriate with external course providers, employers and examining bodies to fulfil the skills needs of the department; Maintaining records of learner development and resource allocation.

Essential Experience:
-EXPERT IN ADOBE CAPTIVATE, preferably Captivate version 7, however 6 is still acceptable.
-Working knowledge of a learning management system from an administrators perspective
- MUST HAVE THE EXPERIENCE OF DELIVERING CLASSROOM TRAINING
-QUALIFICATIONS: TAP, TPMA OR EQUIVALENT IN TRAINING.

Desirable Experience:
-Ability to lead small projects related to learning-experience of leading a user network
-Ability to create training material from scratch
