Our leading blue chip banking client are looking for a number of training designers/managers to work within its Best Branches programme with the overall aim of improving the customers in-branch experience. The candidate will ideally have lead a training design/management piece before within the financial services and have had exposure to project management.

They will have had experience leading a team in the planning and design of high quality training solutions that will meet the needs of this specific change programme.

The candidate will have to demonstrate ex perience of:

- Framing
- Scoping
- Designing
- Evaluating/managing the design of a range of training solutions within retail
- Have some exposure to E-learning

This is initially a 6 months position with the potential for extension through implementation.
