Trainer - Glasgow - £330 per day

TRAINER - GLASGOW - £330 PER DAY

A leading UK retail bank is looking for an experienced Trainer to join this high profile payments transformation project which is scheduled to run throughout all of next year. You will be responsible for identifying, planning, preparing and delivering training to colleagues on the Transformation project.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Test Analyst to perform the analysis part of the project with regards to training in supporting the Global Reconciliations Programme:
- Undertaking full detailed Training Needs Analysis and scoping the requirements from the process changes
- Determining the approach and method of delivery, costing/suggesting solutions as appropriate
- Preparing the Training Roadmap (high level content) and session outlines for each module
- Hosting Content Definition Workshops and liaising with key stakeholders/subject matter experts to define the training needs
- Designing and maintaining the physical content, knowledge/competence assessments and supporting tools, including engaging with external suppliers as appropriate
- Work with the Training Manager to agree the implementation and rollout plans, for area of responsibility
- Delivering various workshops to variable grades and group sizes, in different locations to increase colleague capability (both skills and knowledge as required)
- Supporting post training solutions which may also include additional colleague coaching and floorwalking
- Conducting a full evaluation of the training solutions and implementing remedial actions if required
- Project/Workstream management and reporting in designated area of responsibility

CORE SKILLS BEING SOUGHT:

- Experience in all aspects of the full end to end training cycle (from TNA to Evaluation)
- Expert technical training content designer, ideally with Payments expertise across payment types
- eLearning developer skills required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate sessions of various group sizes and expertise
- Ability to identify risks and issues, follow project management governance and provide timely mitigating solutions, as appropriate
