TRAINER FOR AN INTERNATIONAL POSITION - 6 MONTHS CONTRACT ENGLISH
For our client, we are looking for a TRAINER, to create training documentation and deliver training internationally. You will also be responsible of answering the questions of the trainees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and deliver training solutions in an interactive way with quizzes and evaluations
- Train through Face-2-Face trainings, webinars, web events, E-learning platforms..
- Redesigning and upgrading the existing training material, in line with the commercial standards of the client
- Ensure that the training materials and consistent and accurate, following identity standards
- Assess the effectiveness of the delivered trainings using KPI metrics
PROFILE:
- Fluency in English is required
- Willingness to travel globally and extensively (up to 80% of the time)
- Proven experience in training design and training delivery in front of big audience
- Multitasking and focus on deadline
- Eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with all levels of the organization
- Outstanding team player and organizational skills
- Attention to details
