Trainer - Contact centre/Call centre

My client a market leading organisation require a contact centre Trainer for an initial 6 weeks. Working closely with the business and call centre/contact centre agents you will be responsible for the training and development of contact centre agents on new products launched. Previous experience of delivering training within a contact centre environment is essential.
