TRAINER - COMPLIANCE, CDD, KYC, SANCTIONS, CTF, AML - BANKING

For this top tier investment bank we are looking for a Trainer with CDD, KYC, Sanctions, CTF or AML experience.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

- Experience of large scale, regulatory programmes in a commercial banking environment, particularly Trade Finance
- Knowledge of CDD, KYC, Sanctions, CTF (Counter Terrorism Financing) and AML
- An excellent communicator with strong oral, analytical and written skills.
- Candidate must have significant experience of developing and delivering training across multiple project streams and multiple geographies
- Candidate must be a self-starter who shows strong initiative and collaboration skills
- Superior analytical, planning, and conceptual skills
- Display ability to flex and adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines
- Have extensive experience in design of training course content and accompanying supporting materials
- Have extensive experience in classroom system training delivery in global environment
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Highly proficient with MS Office Applications:

o Word - extensive experience with large document design and development
o Powerpoint - extensive experience with presentation design and development

- Experience in using and delivering via WebEx
- Experience with authoring and or implementing eLearning
- Ability to understand current state and work with the SME's to develop and define training needs
- Positive attitude and flexible worker
- Ability to devise creative solutions to training requirements
- Support impact assessment workshops, UAT activities and post implementation support
