I am currently looking for a Trainer to come in and work on a contract bases within Financial Services, so experience within the sector would be advantageous, also if you have experience of contact/call centre experience that'll be highly desirable.
Essential Experience:
- Define the training strategy
- Define the requirement for new trainers
- Define training requirements for new and existing roles
- Plan and design training courses
- Deliver training (or support new/existing trainers)
