Trainer

TRAINER/TRAINING/TRAINING MANAGER/STAFF TRAINING

Our client, a world leading delivery and postal service, is currently recruiting for a Trainer for a 6 month contract to be based in Edinburgh, with ad hoc travel to Bolton and London.

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training required for S&C Staff and Accounts Receivable Staff on the Epicor System, training backfill staff on the Unisys and AS400 systems and delivering training needs arising from Business Process Engineering. Also responsible for ensuring that all training is fully understood by participants, equipping S&C, Accounts Receivable and backfill staff with the knowledge and practical skills to carry out work related tasks.

Key deliverables:

- Strong communication skills - must be able to demonstrate a logical approach to facilitating, presenting and delivering training
- Experience of delivering training on systems and custom software (not an E-learning role)
- Initiative - able to make decisions without always relying on the training manager to resolve day to day issues
- Demonstrable experience of delivering training including cultural change or business transformation programmes.

Qualifications and Training:

- Proven track record in IT Training - ERP/Epicor systems - highly advantageous or demonstrable experience in delivering a programme of training for a complex change/transformation project within a large corporate business.
