Projektbeschreibung

Responsibilities:

- Human Resources and business application training as well as leadership training
- Creation of materials including learner guides and job aids using sound instructional design principles
- Creation of courses complete with objectives, introduction, summaries, conclusions and quiz questions
- Utilize adult learning theory in the construction of all materials and/or eLearnings. Development and maintenance of materials through a variety of multimedia software and be prepared to generate and manipulate graphic images, animations, drawings, prints, sounds, text, data and video into consolidated and seamless training products
- Utilize outlines, ADDIE methodology and Kirkpatrick's Five Levels of Evaluation when developing learning materials and/or eLearnings

Requirements:

- At least 4 years. of stand-up training experience
- Experience in the instructional development process by developing and editing training materials
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Be comfortable interacting with executives
- Excellent computer skills including experience with MS Office, Captivate and SnagIt
- Able to manage multiple projects achieving on time delivery and quality workmanship
- Excellent written and verbal skills
