Summary 
Develops and implements training programs in support of the SCTI Project. Ensures measurements are in place to validate training accuracy, comprehension, and effectiveness of training. Interacts with various management teams to ensure ongoing staff development. Develops processes and procedures based on findings, recommendations and management approval for the appropriate department and/or business unit. Ensures familiarity with all systems, regulatory, policy and procedure changes and external factors relating to training. Provides feedback to the PMO regarding the development and implementation of strategies to track and communicate the success of quality improvement and training efforts. Responsible for becoming product expert by taking the initiative and getting hands-on experience in relevant curriculum applications.

Expert in MS Applications
Must be able to work in a Labor-Management Partnership environment. 
Training certification strongly preferred but not required

Describes functions key responsibilities and practices of multiple departments and units. 
Engages efforts in helping teams maintain focus on value-added services. 
Identifies gaps in customer expectations versus actual services levels. 
Follows up to verify client satisfaction and keeps customers informed. 
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience. 

Project Specific tasks: 
Implements site training for the 13 Gold Standard processes for 35 Medical Centers and possibly their outlying clinics 
Develops/Coordinates timelines and training schedules 
Develops/Implements communication plan 
Develops/implements train the trainer programs for the new job Supply Chain roles and responsibilities
