Trainer

The largest manufacturer of valves, actuators and associated flow control products in the world is currently seeking a Training Coordinator to coordinate, develop and deliver training for the primary audience of the hourly production employees, Lead Persons and Supervisors in the Marinette, WI, area. This is a 1 year CONTRACT position, with a possibility of extension. Local candidates only.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and coordinate all on-the-job training and certifications, programs and processes
- Coordinate training programs per management direction, initiatives and goals. This includes scheduling, attendance tracking, knowledge transfer quantification, program report out, audit and recommendations for program improvement

REQUIREMENTS

- Must have completed post high school education. AS Degree or BS Degree is preferred
- 2+ years experience in a training role or training coordinator role
- Experience conducting training through multiple levels / functional areas of the organization
- Extensive training experience in EH&S / OSHA topics, in addition to SAP experience, is preferred
