In order to support our on going growth, we are looking for (Trainee) Recruitment consultants. Job description You will work on the complete recruitment and selection process. You will deal with clients searching for specific financial profiles and candidates looking for new challenge. You will be working on: - Client portfolio set up: call clients, organisation of meetings, development of trustful contacts - Qualification of client's need and expectations - Set up of client relationships and settlement of terms and conditions - Writing ads and publishing it - Selection of profiles: search on job board, interviews, phone calls, test of skills/ad hoc competencies, references - Development of a good knowledge of the financial sector - Build up a network of candidates - Business contacts and evaluation of your work - Admin tasks: reports, tracking, emails, contracts, etc. Your profile?why should you apply? - You have a first experience (ideally) + Studies - You are people, business and sales oriented - You like challenges, to challenge and to be challenged - You want to act as a business partner and a recruitment advisor through a sales oriented role - The sentence "work hard/play hard" rings a bell - You do not want only a job, but you want a corporate spirit, a company culture and a great team atmosphere - You are looking for a place were reward, respect, energy and rapport are key values - You speak German, English and ideally French What we can offer you More than a recruitment consultant role, this opportunity is a lifetime opportunity.
