SThree offers incredible career progression due to its organic structure meaning all new starters learn directly from Senior Consultants, Managers and Directors who all started as graduate trainees as well.

This is organic structure is supported by SThree's industry leading training programme. The training is ongoing throughout a consultant's career and is rolled out through office based seminars, online learning and on the job training.

The basic salary and commission structure on offer is highly lucrative. Basic salary for Trainee Consultants is £18,000 which normally rises after 6 months when a consultant is promoted. The commission structure is uncapped and has no threshold. First year OTE is anywhere between £30,000-£40,000 which normally doubles after year 2.

In order to be a successful applicant, potential consultants need to be highly motivated, with a drive to hit and exceed targets and earn commission within a competitive, high energy sales environment. SThree look for at least 12 months of sales experience in a B2B, B2C or telesales environment.
