The ideal candidate will:

- be a graduate or of graduate calibre
- be able to demonstrate a track record of success in a competitive direct sales environment
- possess the confidence and communication skills to liaise with people across all levels
- have a persuasive nature and the resilience to overcome objections

As a Recruitment Consultant you will:

- develop new business opportunities via market mapping and cold calling
- generate a network of candidates via advertising, headhunting and networking
- oversee the entire interview process, maintaining solid relationships and providing attention to detail at all times
- use your negotiation skills to agree the best possible solution for both your client and candidate

- Individual, uncapped commission with no threshold (1st year OTE £35,000, 2nd year £50,000)
