Location: Leeds

Capita are currently recruiting for a number of Trainee Case Handlers for a Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) complaints handling project on a fixed term contract. The role will involve investigating PPI policy sales and to assess whether it was a suitable product for each individual case. You will be required to provide a high standard of customer service on individual cases, in line with relevant product, procedural and regulatory requirements.

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Able to analyse data and make decisions confidently
* Confident and customer focussed telephone manner
* Customer focused when dealing with a range of people
* Able to work at speed whilst maintaining quality and accuracy standards
* Be highly organised and able to manage own workload to meet stretching targets and strict deadlines
You will be degree educated or have equivalent experience in a customer service role with the financial services industry.
