Train Presentation Manager

I am now looking for a Train Presentation Manager who has got experience working with cleaning chemicals and specifically has knowledge of them within the rail industry. You will be tasked with assessing 3 of my clients existing products which will be floor shine, nano technology and air fresheners and looking at the pro's and con' s of each product and comparing them to what is available on the market at the moment.

Once the initial analysis of both the existing products and the potential available on the market you will then need to liaise very closely with the fleet engineering teams to ensure that the new products will not effect any of the engineering works and cause issues further down the line. This will mean a process of approval will have to take place in order to start using the product which will involve planning and implementing change.

When approval has been gained the next step will be to train the cleaning staff who will be using the product and inform them of any safety or health risks. The main challenge that you will face is trying to implement change and getting your colleagues to buy into that and assist you with the information that you need.

Although you will be working very closely with the Head of Train Presentation and Fleet Engineering teams this is very much a stand alone role so being pro-active about your approach is crucial.

Essential:

- Experience of working in rail is crucial
- You must have an understanding of how the engineering side of rail matches up with train presentation
- Experience of how cleaning products work on trains is crucial
