Traffic/Production Manager

A busy marketing and design company in Glasgow City Centre are looking for a traffic manager to fill a 7 month contract created cover maternity leave. The role will involve managing workflow and clients to ensure that work meet budget and time scale requirements.

In this role you will be expected to meet and be in touch with clients to ensure that work is meeting the briefs and also manage a network of Core and freelance graphic designers and web developers. Job costing and adhering to project methodologies are key to managing the heavy workflow.

The idea candidate will have experience working within the design industry, and more specifically experience working in a digital agency or similar. Having high levels of administration and being able to cost jobs from client specification are essential. The ability to manage multiple projects in a high pressure environment from production to invoicing. Technical skills required are experience with Filemaker Pro and a strong Knowledge of the Microsoft office package in particular excel and Powerpoint.
