Working for an established organisation, the ideal candidate will be required to manage complaints about defective traffic signals. As the Traffic Controls Engineer, you will establish where the error has occurred and pass the fault on to the appropriate maintenance contractor to ensure repairs are completed to timeInstructing maintenance engineers to the setting of timings for temporary traffic signals where necessary. Assessing the repair reports from maintenance contractors and intervening where necessary to ensure compliance with contractual standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role or relevant practical experience with a signal manufacturing or maintenance company. You will have the ability to effectively communicate at all levels and be proficient with MS Office Word and Excel. Due to the nature of business, successful applications will be required to undergo Basic Clearance.
