Trading Systems Support Specialist

A top Hedge Fund in Downtown Boston is urgently looking to bring on a Trading System Support Specialist. A successful candidate will have experience in Order Management Systems, FIX protocol support, EOD batch cycles, and Microsoft SQL Server. Should be able to work occasional early (6am) or later (10am) shifts.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related concentration is required.
* Requires at least 5+ years supporting Charles River trade order management systems and FIX network support at a Global Equity Investment Management or Hedge Fund company. The candidate must have hands-on experience supporting a Trading desk and Investment Compliance organizations.
* Requires 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience developing in Microsoft SQL Server
* Strong problem solving and technical documentation skills are required.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.

This is a senior level contract role, and will be compensated as such.
