Your job is not just to write software or design technology. Your job is to solve problems, spot new opportunities and drive them. Your development skills are not the goal, rather they are an enabler, helping us deliver results, make a difference and ensure that IMC is future proof.

On a day-to-day basis you work with Traders, Quants and other Developers to bring our trading strategies and platform to the next level or to design strategies for products we didn't trade before. You and your team are responsible for the overall success and your part involves, but is not restricted to, developing software and shepherding your solutions into production. IMC operates in an ever changing environment where we continually challenge each other to come up with the best results. Ultimately, we expect you to add value all around, working from the lowest levels of our platforms up to our most concrete trading problems.

We expect a strong technology background when you come in and will teach you all you need to or want to know about financial markets on the job.
