TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Initiate, develop, manage and execute strategic plans for tradeshows & events that are aligned with Global Marketing objectives as well as overall company goals and objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic tradeshowsrecommend appropriate messages and tactics. Applies product and market knowledge throughout the process.
- Manage all show logistics including show staffing, housing, exhibit coordination, shipping, marketing materials, and exhibit asset allocation.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Communicates proactively to all stakeholders and levels of management as appropriate.
- Produces meetingsable to give clear creative direction, develop and work within production time-lines
- Understanding of basic convention center logistics including shipping, vendor services, and rules/regulations
- Highly organized, attentive to detail, deadline driven, and responsive to both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with budgets and understanding of basic accounting functions
- Education: B.A./B.S. degree in marketing or communications preferred, or equivalent years of work experience.
