- Recent hands on working knowledge of BT ITS Voice Trading systems and their associated Front Office equipment (Turrets)
- Hands on working knowledge of IPC Voice Trading systems is also beneficial but not critical.
- Understands and has previously deployed TDM and VOIP voice solutions
- A working knowledge of dialling plans is beneficial
- Past Investment banking background preferred.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good documentation skills a must
