JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for serving as a technical and design source for planning network changes, provisioning, and project activity.
- Partners with key site staff, Service Provider personnel, and bank in this regard.
- Responsible for completing approved technical designs and solutions.
- This position is not limited to Trader Voice but spans various technology disciplines which include: SIP, CTI, DNS, DHCP, NTP, AAA, Proxy, Websense, VPN (SSL/IPSEC), UNIX, Linux, Microsoft technologies, Load Balancers (SBCIPC/BT/Cisco/Avaya/SpeakerBus/Twisted Pair/Acme Packet
- Must be able to interact in a professional manner with End Users; must possess excellent PC, communication, and organizational skills.
- Candidates must be able to work both independently and in a team environment and be able to interact effectively with other team members, management and clients.
- Candidates must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
