Trade Support Middle Office - London

TRADE SUPPORT MIDDLE OFFICE - LONDON - FLUENT IN SPANISH

My client, a top tier Investment bank, are recruiting for a Trade Support Middle Office position, based in London, initially on a 6 month contract.

THE POSITION IS THAT OF A CLIENT FACING NATURE.
* Perform a variety of general technical and analytical functions related to Servicing, Commercial Trade, Guarantees and SBLC's business.
This could include, general enquiries, specific support in handling of issuances, amendments, support in reviewing of documentation, analysing, research, exception handling, evaluating acceptances, negotiations etc..
Responsibilites to adherance to SLA's and the necessary operational functions resulting from these which include but are not restricted to issuances,
amendments, payments plus the booking and maintenance of all such product included. Responsible for solving all general and specific enquiries in connection with the same
* Supporting the daily workflow of the EMEA Trade Team.
* Commitment to process improvement including Quality Fundamentals. Constantly striving to improve processes eliminating non value added steps and rework.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

MUST HAVE THESE SKILLS TO BE MINIMALY QUALIFIED.
* Spanish Language - Fluent written and verbal
* Substantial knowledge and experience of Guarantees and SBLC's.
* A good working knowledge of the UCP600 and ISP98, URDG758
* Good communication and time management skills.
* Ability to work under own initiative in a pressurised environment.

* Must have strong attention to detail, must be accurate and precise.

* Microsoft Office knowledge
* Previous client facing work experience desirable
