Trade Show Specialist Job

TRADESHOW SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Melbourne, FL.

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and working with databases

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist Tradeshow Project Managers in planning and successfully executing global tradeshows and associated events
- Collaborate, communicate and interact with internal stakeholders across multiple business units including finance/accounting, marketing, communications and branding to maximize event execution and effectiveness
- Maintain and update all project related tradeshow management systems including the master show schedule, spreadsheets, reports and analytics as needed to ensure each tradeshow team and their business unit is continuously aware of project status
- Collaborate with vendors to secure booth space, meeting space, registration badges, lodging, etc.
- Administer tradeshow budget including booth negotiations with vendors, annual contracts/agreements, and department AOP and ACIP

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and make good judgment calls in a highly charged, multi-task environment
- Highly organized with a proven ability to successfully plan, coordinate and track projects from start up to close out
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and working with databases
- Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and providing innovative and timely solutions

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Has previous experience in trade show coordination and administration
