THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Trade Shows/Events
- Scheduling/Budgeting
- Planning/Communication
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Independently manages show contracts and association relationships
- Negotiates and manages supplier network for exhibit necessities (ie: exhibit components, booth talent, third party vendors, etc.)
- Enter show scheduling/budgets and information into Exhibit Force
- Works with corporate travel to arrange housing through housing bureau
- Determines appropriate equipment and products needed for the exhibit, and organizes the packing, shipping and ordering of any necessary materials
- Leads communication to the staff, sales force and internal teams on the event logistics (tradeshow memo, staffing schedules, etc.), daily recaps, and posts show results
- Executes event onsite by supervising booth set-up, organizing staff and handling any onsite issues that arise for the larger shows
- Tracks and processes sales lead distribution and sales force follow up post show
- Processes purchase requisitions for all trade show purchases
- Prepares event planning documentation
- Maintains event metrics and reporting Maintains logistics of event materials
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Three (3) years trade show experience
