They are currently looking for a Trade Lifecycle Support Analyst to provide comprehensive support for the trading applications ensuring best practise is adhered to for both the business and IT. As one of the interfaces between the business and IT business understanding is of paramount importance. This is a permanent role based in London. They are offering a salary circa £55,000-£65,000. Dependant on experience and suitability for this position. If you are currently working for an energy trading firm as an Application Support Analyst working on the trade life cycle using windows or SQL, this could be a great role for you. They are offering a diverse and dynamic environment for the right candidate who will be able to hit the ground running. Key skills - Application Support experience (in permanent roles) - Full trade life cycle knowledge - Commodities knowledge (power, gas coal) - Diagnosing day to day live system incidence both in house and vendor systems - Liaise with there support/developments teams for cross system issues - Diagnosing application problems in Windows Server and Windows 7 environment - ITIL would be highly preferable This role has come about due to growth.
