Trade Floor Support (EUC - Field Services) Staff

My blue chip client is currently hiring Trade Floor Support (EUC - Field Services) staff who SPEAK BOTH FRENCH AND ENGLISH FLUENTLY for a long term project with a minimum contract offer of 6 to 12 months.

THE RIGHT TRADE FLOOR SUPPORT (EUC - FIELD SERVICES) WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Providing customer break fix support during office hours.
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems
- Communicating clearly in written and verbal form (French and English mandatory, other European language a plus)
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
- Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
- Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
- Backup tape replacement
- Executive support
- Handling procurements
- Act as spoke for remote support teams (Network, Datacenter etc)
- Responsibility for the patch panel and the network plugs.
- Support implementing/executing infrastructure-projects (small projects)

THE RIGHT TRADE FLOOR SUPPORT (EUC - FIELD SERVICES) STAFF WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Good Communication skills
- ITIL concepts strongly preferred
- MCSE or MCP preferred
- Min 5 years of relevant experience including trading environment.

THE RIGHT TRADE FLOOR SUPPORT (EUC - FIELD SERVICES) STAFF WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

- Experience with operating system installation using SCMM, anti-spyware, anti-virus, custom and commercial software
- Good experience with trading applications: Reuters, Bloomberg, Ice, NeoVest, TrayPort, FutureSource
- Experience with mobile telephony technologies (iPad, iPhone and Android)
- Excellent knowledge on MS Office suite (2010 and 2013).
- Proficiency in desktop support including knowledge of current Windows operating systems
- Hardware support - laptops, Printers, Desktop, Telephony equipment's break fix
- Backup restore of OS and Data
- Procurement of Hardware, Maintaining the assets and Hardware spare stocks
- Hands on Audio/Video Conferencing experience
- Experience in network troubleshooting
- Good knowledge on windows Active Directory and group policies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment and ladder up to 60 lbs.
