Track Change Management Lead

Projektbeschreibung

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Development of Change Impact Analysis (CIA) including change capture, impact analysis and action planning for assigned project Tracks
Development of Business Readiness Plans (BRP)
Lead change management workshops to validate change impact analysis and plans
Assists with identification of Business Readiness Plan owners
Facilitate change impact outreach to track stakeholder groups not in the Design sessions to gather input and promote buy in
Assist communications lead and business SMEs with development
Reports status of change impact documentation at weekly checkpoint meetings with Organization Change Management team
Will be looking at system changes and will need to think about things from end user perspective and identifying what needs to be done to make sure those individuals are ready for changes.

SKILLS:

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience developing Change Impact Analysis and Business Readiness Plans on similar Oracle ERP projects
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Proven meeting facilitation skills both in person and virtual
Meets deadlines
Works independently but also collaborative and works effectively in teams
Ability to work across organizations and understands concepts of touch points and dependencies
Proven ability to develop high quality work products in dynamic environment
Background in organizational change
Currently using Oracle 11i moving to Oracle R12. Must have Oracle ERP experience
