Tower Reinforcement Technical Consultant

Hiring manager is looking for a Chartered Structural Engineer who is familiar with US/EU Tower standards and good at quality/risk control. Experience with tower reinforcement projects much preferred.

Job title: Tower Reinforcement Technical Consultant

Location: Shenzhen. However, frequent travel may be required (50%+ of contract duration)
Start date: ASAP 
Duration: 6 months extendable
Languages: English.
Nationalities: No restrictions - however please focus on easy travelling nationalities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Tower reinforcement project quality and risk estimation and control;
2. Guide Huawei tower R
3. Guide Huawei tower R
4. Communication and consultation with Client on tower topical
5. Project support during biding and implementation period

Job Qualifications:

1. Chartered Structural Engineer with 15 Years or above Mast/Tower experience post chartership.
2. 10 Years or above telecommunication tower analysis and investigation experience.
a) Mast/Tower design
b) Mast/Tower surveying
c) Mast/Tower Modification
3. Competent with Microsoft Office
4. Qualified climber
4. Familiar with various international tower reinforcement specifications, UK, American, etc.
5. Familiar with major telecommunication operator's tower specification, Vodafone, AT&T, etc.
6. Familiar with various tower analysis software, Staad, TNXtower, MStower etc.
7. Knowledge in structural design and analysis.
8. Good communication skills
9. Good written documentation skills
10. Can demonstrate suitable site experience gained during the last 10 years.
11. Can demonstrate successful track record of bidding for Tower project work.
