We are hiring multiple teams in California for contract and contract to hire/full time positions - Position Type: Contract to Hire

- Location: Bay Area, Central and Northern California
- Cell Tower Maintenance Projects
- Project Length -  6-to 12 months
- Compensation - above market levels

TOWER CREW LEAD FUNCTIONS

- Serve as the single point of contact for the tower crew
- Supervise the daily operations of the crew at the assigned site in the installation of antennas,  transmission line including foam or air dielectric coaxial cable, hybrid cable (fiber and DC), connectors, TMAs, diplexers, and jumpers
- PIM and Interference Testing
- RFDS
- Responsible for site safety including crew training and certification records
- Schedule and manage material delivery
- Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and the crew
- Understand site plans, construction drawings and scopes of work
- Ensure safety and quality control requirements of the site work
- Complete site closeout documentation
- Maintain equipment and vehicles in operational conditions at all times
- Perform daily safety briefings with the crew
- Supervise site testing and troubleshooting

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Good physical condition
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willing to travel
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to pass drug and background check
- Possess a valid US driver's license
- Three years of  tower climbing experience
- Current Advanced Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue Certification including OSHA training requirements
- CPR/First Aid Certified
- Sweep and PIM testing Certified
- Basic computer skills
