Tower Coordinator - Hosting (Program Management Mgr) - ID:4185

One of the UK's most prestigious companies are urgently looking for a CONTRACT HOSTING PROGRAM MANAGEMENT MANGER to join their busy team based inLondon. The company are about to embark on an exciting project and this is an amazing chance for a talented Project Management Manager to work on a transition assurance function that will provide independent oversight and coordination of programme delivery on behalf of the Customer.

This role involves coordinating a number of different suppliers who have been contracted directly by the Customer for provision of network, end user computing, hosting and application services, each service separately being identified as a tower. Some of your day to day responsibilities will include interfacing with 3rd party suppliers involving agreement, planning, timelines and quality of deliverables, ensure that dependencies on other suppliers or the customer are communicated and managed effectively, ensure products and services delivered within the ICT Transition are within time and budget constraints and meet the required level of quality and ensuring that risks, issues and dependencies are managed effectively, with escalations taking place appropriately within the governance structure

The successful Contract Hosting Program Management Manger MUST have:

- Experience of project delivery in all aspects of Transition Lifecycle Management for the introduction of outsourcing or managed support services.
- Project leadership experience in HOSTING

Able to provide examples of collaborative working and evidence of building effective relationships with customers and suppliers. - Experience in managing deliverables via 3rd party vendors in a high profile and/or technically innovative enterprise solution
- Experience within Government/Defence sector
- Project Management qualification (PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent) and knowledge of ITIL
- SC Clearance
