-University degree or equivalent and profound experience in HR with experience in Total Rewards
-Analytic thinking, curiosity, the ability to think out of the box and find innovative solutions
-Pro-active and pragmatic approach and the ability to deal with ambiguity and to work with a high degree of autonomy
-You have strong communication and good teamworking skills
-Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
