SALARY: £91,000 - £107,000 p.a. + 20% bonus + retention

We are seeking an experienced individual to join ourNorth Seaoperations in the role of toolpusher, working on a deepwater semi-submersible drilling rig. By joining us, you are embarking on a journey which can literally take you anywhere in the world, and give you exposure to some of the newest generation, cyber based rigs in operation.

* With an established background in drilling operations, you will be able to demonstrate the appropriate technical knowledge required for this role.
* You will have extensive offshore experience, withNorth Seaexposure preferred.
* Be highly organised and be able to provide examples of effectively executed plans, in accordance with client's requirement and respective well programmes.
* Safety will be at the forefront of all actions and activities.
* Be an excellent communicator, and able to simultaneously train, motivate and support the drill crew, whilst maintaining open liaison with the senior rig management
* Posses a valid IWCF at supervisor level, combined subsea and surface preferred

On offer is a basic salary ranging from £91,000 to £107,000, with either a 2/2 or 3/3 rotation, plus a 20% bonus scheme, paid monthly, and a retention bonus paid every 6 months of up to £10,000.
