Tooling Engineer (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Take ownership of all new tooling projects and follow tooling processes accordingly
-Support purchasing and engineering department in all steps of tooling procurement, review and oversee that potential suppliers are content with RFQ
-Consult designers to obtain tool related part design, follow according process and address the respective support functions within the tooling department regarding formability assessments (one step & multistep) and give clear direction for feasible tolerances in stamping process (GD&T)
-Implement AE tooling specifications in every project and take care of realisation
-Coordinate tooling schedules regarding project timing, give advice to reach targets
-Create 3D CAD solid model and design drawings for assigned dies

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Language skills in Polish and English
-Experience with Journeyman Tool and Die Maker or equivalent work experience
-In-depth die design experience in industrial stamping process
-Experience with 3D CAD systems (CATIA), and 3D solid modelling
-Tool Method Design & Strip Layout know how
-Experience in multi-step simulation in Autoform
-Knowledge regarding part feasibility in formability and tolerances (GD&T)
