Tooling Design Engineer - Berkshire - £35-40,000 pa The client I am working with a major nuclear client based in theBerkshirearea who are rapidly and continually expanding and are looking for a number of Tooling Design Engineers to come on board as soon as possible in order to start working on new projects. This is a huge opportunity to join a well respected organisation where you will be supported through further training. Initially the role is to be involved in a huge project they have at the moment and from there you will be further progressed and move over to new projects following completion. The role This is a very diverse role in terms of the projects you will have the opportunity to work on. You will be involved in all aspects of the design process, working on the full life cycle of the project. You will be working closely with the team but will need to demonstrate the ability to work just as well on your own. The candidate For the Tooling Design Engineer you will have at least five years of demonstrable experience of Tooling Design working on the full life cycle. You will need to have DV security clearance or SC clearance as a minimum. You will have a background in Mechanical Handling/Special Purpose Machinery/Manufacturing and will need to have an understanding of DFM. You will have experience preferably on Unigraphics NX 7.5 otherwise a strong ability of using a 3D CAD package is needed.
