Tool Supporter/in

Wir suchen für den Einsatz bei unserem Kunden einen Supporter (m/w) zur Entwicklung eines Tools mit Excel und Access. Projekteinsatz ist ab sofort möglich bis Ende des Jahres.

Aufgabenstellung:
- Maintain and develop a self-written tool-suite based mainly on Access and Excel
- Understand and implement requests from the Configuration Management community in the tool-suite
- Develop further reports with this tool-suite. Support branch office IT coordinators in usage of online part of this tool suite

Ihr Profil:
- Access: Understand and maintain complex Application consisting of many Access modules
- VBA: Developing in VBA for Access and Excel; Maintaining and changing existing code of complex Access applications; Finding out which modules/files are used in existing Access applications
- SQL: Understanding of to be able to read, debug and, if necessary optimize the Access generated SQL
- Understanding of different data sources with their specialties and their relation to each other
- MS Office: sufficient to document in Word and PowerPoint
- Excel (for the WP reporting)
- Good general overview, up to Pivot tables, S-Verweis nice, but not mandatory
- Customer orientation, being reliable, attentive, loyal
- Ability to transform customer requests into the expected results
- Working very carefully and precise
- Likes to document their work (proven skill, resp. examples) and particularly the specifications and descriptions around the programs in the AT desired format standard
- Having good level of analytical and visualizing skills
- Likes to work in international teams and different cultures
- German (fluent in writing and reading)
- English (Good knowledge of written and spoken English)
