Conenct44 is looking for Toole Expert for project in China
The position is responsible for professional service tools in ITespecially focus on carrier software service, for example, BSS, VAS and IT Cloud domains.
The professional services include System Integration service, managed service, Customer Support Service, Field Operation Service, Migration, and learning service, etc.
The professional service tools in OSS/BSS/MSS domains include EMS, NMS, CEM, SQM, Automatic Operation etc
The applicants are expected to be qualified for professional service tools above:
Develop strategy, direction and planning for professional service tools, including market analysis, competitor's analysis, requirement analysis, solution design and structure of
tooling system etc.
Develop and manage related service tools roadmap.
Provide Portfolio Management for ICT tooling system to improve the competitiveness of our professional services
Investigate and analyze the requirements of service tools for specific Professional services, and provide
recommendations and detailed requirements for development.
Communicate with operators about requirements of service tools, skilled in requirement management.
Provide support to launch for new tools and path for improvement of existing tools
Requirement for candidates:
Experience: 15+ years in the communication industry;
Qualifications:
Have extensive experience of Product management or delivery for professional service tools in telecommunication or IT industries.
Good communication and coordinating skills. Be sensitive to problems.
Familiar with the organization and work process of O&M department of operators.
Have experience in telecommunication or IT vendors, Operators, integrators, Service Providers etc
Experience in global top IT companies such as HP IBM Accenture, Cisco and etc. is preferred.
Widely and deeply insight to the business trend in ICT transformation/Data center consolidation/IT Governance is preferred.
Familiar with the organization and work process of Plan/Build/O&M department of operators.
Team management capability is preferred.
