TOM AND READINESS MANAGER, - 6 MONTHS, MARKET RATE, LONDON

TARGET OPERATING MODEL, BUSINESS READINESS, BOOST

Our Client is recruiting for TOM AND READINESS MANAGER to be responsible for all aspects of coordinating complex target operating models and business readiness into the various business units globally. This will include operational and strategic planning and delivery for new and existing employees impacted by programme change. The role holder will be responsible for the implementation of the Target Operating Model and the detailed impact assessments and business readiness of the solution into the business. This will involve streamlining the process to minimise the time and information required. It will also allow clients to choose which services and products they would like to utilise and be on-boarded in a modular way.

The role will require working closely with user SMEs, analysts and the Business Change Lead as well as users from multiple business units.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO;

- Ensuring success of delivery through efficient management of business change for the BOOST programme.
- Assume ownership for the efficient and timely implementation of different Target Operating Models across the different businesses
- Assume ownership for the efficient and timely implementation of business readiness from the impact assessments completed from the Target Operating Models (TOM)
- Establish a deep understanding of the colleague and client requirements when on-boarding a new relationship
- Constantly exploring avenues for adding value to the service proposition and for improving team process.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE FINANCIAL MARKETS (ASSET/WEALTH MANAGEMENT) EXPERIENCE ALONG WITH THE FOLLOWING:

- Proven delivery experience of implementing successful projects with business process redesign and Target Operating Model expertise.
- Experience of working with varied delivery teams for planning and implementation of the solution.
- Good knowledge of Business Change and process redesign.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
- Background within an on-boarding environment
- Proven experience of coordinating small teams to deliver significant change to major business units.
