Billing Enquiry Advisor
Location: Crawley
Pay Rate: £10.95 ph
Contract duration: 6 months with a view of extension

Our client, a UK's leading Telecoms Company is currently looking for a Billing advisor to join their team in Crawley.

The Billing Enquiry Advisor will work as part of a team driven to achieving and exceeding group billing and collections targets, whilst delivering a high quality service for internal and external customers.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
Investigating invoice queries from major corporate customers via an inbound delivery system, with the aim to resolve in a professional, quality manner, within agreed targets.
Ensuring enquiry updates and systems show the relevant and appropriate status, with full details provided for each account.
Keeping customers informed of progress.
Identifying 'root causes' and work with necessary teams/units to resolve future occurrences.
Maintaining day to day records/systems with full documentation pertaining to query investigations to ensure accurate records are kept at all times.
Co-ordinating requests for credits, debits and/or orders to be raised on appropriate 'live' accounts.

The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service and communications skills, as well as previous experience working with Microsoft Packages; specifically Word, Outlook and Excel. They will be able to demonstrate the ability to be self-organised, proactive and have a conversational telephone manner whilst remaining professional at all times. Secondary to this, the role requires an engaging team player required to work efficiently amongst a small team and be forward thinking. You will have had previous experience working in customer service based environment, preferably Business to Business, and or co-ordinating with internal seniors of the organisation.

Full training will be provided, with the first week being classroom based, before moving to the team environment with the support of a buddy.
