For a global bank we are searching for a: Business Support & General Management - Reporting Specialist

The key dimensions include Account, Legal Entity, Attributes, Function, Performance Segment, Initiatives, View (reported vs adjusted), Projection Type (Actuals/Forecast/Plan), Region

The frequency of changes is driven by business changes such as the GWM restatement/treatment of non sharp restructuring and business processes such as in the context of a new Forecast/Plan/Scenario.

Standard hierarchy to be updated in line with golden source (GCRS) while highly automated needs to monitored.

Alternative Hierarchies defined by the Group and Business Divisional planning coordinators.
Maintain Planning specific logic of KPIs, Allocations, Custom Phasing, Bonus Modelling, Attributed Equity and shredding of Business Division Plan to Legal Entities and Regions and Performance Segments.

TM1 User Group/Data and Process Access Definition.

- Set up cubes, processes, dimensions and elements for specific user Group such as new Business Divisions
- Reporting/Planning Governance
- Ensure that Planning is following consistent Reporting Analytics Standards and common approach group-wide for Planning

Skillset:

- To support Configuration Management requires a combination of Finance Reporting Specialist with basic Business Planning/Forecasting process knowledge
- EXPERIENCE TO WORK WITH COGNOS TM1 APPLICATION, REPORTING SYSTEMS INCLUDING SAP OR SIMILAR, PROGRAMMING SKILLS AND VBA
