TM1 Cognos Reporting Specialist - English Speaking Contract in Zurich

For a global bank based here in Zürich we are looking for TM1/Cognos Reporting Specialist to join the team.

Cognos/TM1 is a new part of the reporting architecture and they are thin on the ground in this skills area.

THE JOB:

- Support the local team with creating standard reports (Report Studio)
- Support the local team with creating and establishing various dashboards along client requirements (Active Report)
- Support the local team to enlarge their reporting analytics skills within Cognos- Analytics

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH:

- Prior experience in similar roles (setting up reports and dashboards) in the Management Accounting environment
- VERY EXPERIENCED IN TM1/COGNOS (DASHBOARD-REPORTING PREFERRED)
- Advance level of proficiency im MS Office (Excel/Word/Visio/PowerPoint)
- Finance & Accounting knowledge will be a plus
- Should be detail oriented with strong analytical skills
- Exposure of other reporting tools is a big plus (eg. Hyperion, Business Object etc)
- Strong communication skills to interact with various business partners
- Disciplined with focused & result oriented approach
- Can work under stringent deadlines with high accuracy
- Willingness to question existing processes and suggest improvements.
- English speaking
