TM1/Cognos Developer

Our client, a well-known multinational in consumer goods, is currently looking for a TM1/Cognos Developer to help the client on a mission of minimum 6 months. If the results are positive, the position can be extended for years.

The freelancer we are looking for will get along with the business and the team to develop BI reports and architecture regarding European logistic activities of the company. He or she will contribute to emerging technologies in integration architecture and development. The candidate will be a key part of the Business Analytics team and will be responsible for the architecture, design and development of mission-critical data-centric solutions. The TM1 Developer will work closely with business and IT stakeholders in a collaborative, team environment to envision and implement data platform architectures that are of extremely high quality. He or she will assess existing data warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions and recommend approaches for modernization. Furthermore, the freelancer will analyze performance bottleneckes and recommend tuning optimizations. In this role, the contractor will work collaboratively with a team of senior software architects and developers to implement the solutions.

For this challenging mission, we are looking for a TM1 Developer who has extensive experience with Cognos and Cognos cubes. Therefore, the candidate has more than 5 years of experience in the field. The candidate we are looking for is willing to work partly in the region of Antwerp and partly in the region of Amsterdam. Finally, the TM1 Developer we are looking for has excellent communication skills in English.
