TM1 Application Developer Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather, understand and document user requirements
- Translate business requirements into technology solutions
- Design of applications to solve business requirements
- Build or facilitate build of TM1 dimensions and cubes
- Build or facilitate build of TM1 Integrator processes and TM1 chores
- Develop or review test scripts
- Execute test cycles or review test results
- Facilitate user acceptance testing in partnership with business lead
- Adhere to SDLC and SOX IT governance standards
- Troubleshoot design and development issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage tasks in a fast paced environment to ensure they are completed on time with attention to delivering high quality results
- Act as a role model and positive influence for colleagues in support of firm, practice, unit, and customer missions, objectives, goals, and values
- Be a positive, helpful teammate capable of communicating across a diverse workforce to ensure work transitions effectively without interruption or incident

SKILLS:

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good knowledge of design patterns and SDLC concepts
- Expertise in the IBM Cognos TM1 10 platform
- Expertise in TM1 10 Turbo Integrator
- Good knowledge with SQL select queries
- Strong knowledge of OLAP Cube concepts
- Familiarity with Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7 Workstation
- Familiarity with Citrix technology concepts
- Good Knowledge of unit testing methodologies and frameworks
- Ability to pick up new concepts quickly
- Strong team working skills
- Sound written and oral English communication skills - especially in dealing with non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage time effectively without much oversight
- Knowledge of financial applications a plus
- Good Knowledge of MS Office 2010 with emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years of software development experience
