IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Manage an onsite shared service team for all transactional and administrative HR activities, including payroll and benefits (this service is also provided for the Swiss LOC)
-Lead the Employee Experience initiative for all of TPIZ (this encompasses initiatives around engagement, inclusion, environment and wellbeing; in collaboration with TPIZ Communication Lead this strategic initiative will be implemented across all functions and BUs)
-Responsibility for general HR policies and practices affecting the entire TPIZ population with a specific focus on TPIZ position towards Swiss authorities, agencies etc. in terms of work permits and visas for Takeda employees
-Act as management representative in projects and tasks related to the European Works Council (EWC), technology projects and HR transformation
-Understand the overall business objectives of Takeda’s strategy and ensures HR programs and policies are delivered to support achievement of global and regional goals – this implies alignment and translation of regional and global HR strategies into local needs
-Coordinate internal and external resources and vendors commissioned for HR programs to ensure they meet specific objectives and deliver agreed results
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or qualified through experience
-Progressive HR experience in a multinational environment
-Solid skills and understanding of best practice HR partnering to deliver strong business performance
-Broad experience in the entire employee life cycle as per Swiss regulations (from recruitment to exit management, line management and employee consultation, labour law, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent development, etc.)
-Openness and flexibility and ability to deal with and communicate change effectively
-Ability to manage and interpret employment laws into pragmatic solutions and navigate line management through its complexities
-Business communication, negotiating and influencing skills demonstrated by the ability to use a range of different approaches, to persuade others and to gain acceptance of proposals and decisions
-Fluency in business English (written and spoken), fluency in German advantageous
