SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIREMENT:
- IBM Tivoli Netcool products Omnibus and Impact
- For Omnibus, especially the ObjectServers part.
- Knowledge of related Tivoli products like ITM is a bonus.
- Knowledge of related BMC products like BPPM (BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management or BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Management) is a bonus
DELIVERABLE:
- Solve incidents following the incident management process
- Fulfil known requests and investigate how to answer other ones.
- Participate in internal projects to improve current usage & operational quality of Omnibus and Impact
- Under responsibility of a local host manager but functional supervision from BSM team leader and BSM manager.
