Please read on if you have the following:
- A high level of expertise with Tivoli Netcool Performance Manager (TNPM)
- Good knowledge of Scripting (Perl, Shell ), networking, Linux and Solaris OS
- Skills in French, Dutch and English (at least two out of three)
As Tivoli Netcool Consultant, you will deploy and maintain remote tooling solutions for customers.
Tasks include:
- Guaranteeing the stability of the reporting tool (TNPM).
- Engineering the TNPM platform for Real Time reporting for our IT customers.
- Examining the root cause of recurring problems and proposing/implementing solutions.
- Improving the technical documentation.
- Implementing and installing upgrades and patches to the platform.
