JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Has to manage application delivery in the area of web application
- Has to manage OSS and identity management within CIO
- Responsible for SME's with HR polacies
- Deliver successful transition from a software developer team to a strategic competence center for IM
- Strong technical expertise in identity management solutions, preferably on IBM TAM/TFIM
- Ability to guide on monitoring, sizing and implementation of IM solution towards operations and infrastructure
- Able to define the evolution strategy for the IM platform with alignment to the product roadmap
- Should have good knowledge in non IM areas
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes of incident, change and release management areas
