THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experienced in examining simple to complex title orders
- Proficient in typing and using computer
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Performs title examination of moderate/complex title orders requiring a high level of expertise.
- Examines the chain of title for orders of high complexity.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One to three (1-3) years title experience is a MUST, willing to train a Title Assistant

- Examiner experience is a huge plus
